THE SCREAMER

A study in the subtle folds, wrinkles and skin texture of the face when in emotion. Used as a basis for many Halloween Mask Designs, and special effects. Hair was later added in the final casting. Life size. Sculpted in oil based clay. August, 1998. When doing Halloween masks and character design, a lot of the development is based in human anatomy abstracted. JESTER CAPITAL

CLARINET PLAYER

10 foot figure kneeling. Body carved out of foam covered with fiberglass and polygem. Head, hands, and clarinet detailed in Magic-Sculpt, a two part polymer clay. Faux bronze finish. Harrah's Casino, Las Vegas. May, 2001.

17 inches tall, 8 lbs., sculpted in oil clay, cast in gypsum.
